Designing
The first step of tv wall mount manufacturing is try to design a new wall mount. In this process, they have to discuss and try to sketch up the new mount.
Metal Fabrication
After the raw materials steel arrived, it need to be punched or pressed by shear machine, press brake or laser cutting machine.
Powder Coating
After the raw steel plates have been grinding and been acid-wash to remove surface dusts, the surface coating process is carried out. The powder coating usually can be performed by manual or by painting machine.
Mount Assembling
When every parts is finished and cooling down after painting. Workers will pre-assemble the tv wall mount. For simple products like fixed/tilt wall mount, this process maybe done a few assembling job. But for full motion tv wall mount, it take some time to do it.
