Why US?
Are you a trading company or factory?
We’re a factory manufacturer with our own production base—not just a trading company. FQmount started as a small team but has grown into a dedicated 120-worker factory located in Wuhu City, Anhui Province, China. We handle the full process in-house: design, metal fabrication, assembly, testing, and quality control for our TV wall mounts, TV stands, video wall mounts, and related AV products.
How long for delivery time?
For in-stock items, delivery is 3–5 days for TV wall mounts and 7–10 days for video wall mounts.
For items not in stock, the lead time is about 30–35 days, depending on the order quantity.
Can I add my logo to the wall mount, stand?
Logo customization is available. Extra cost applies, but it can be free for large quantities.
We offer silk screen printing and laser engraving, with different prices.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We can support small orders, though the shipping cost may be slightly higher.
MOQ: 500–3,000 pcs/model for TV wall mounts and 50–200 pcs/model for TV stands.
How do you ensure product quality?
We have strict QC procedures and 100% inspection before shipment.
For minor quality issues, free spare parts will be provided; for major issues, refund or alternative solutions can be discussed.
Do you have an inspection procedure?
Yes, we do. For mounts and stands, we usually check things like the number and quality of the screws, how sturdy the packaging is, and we run some load tests on the products. We also do a quick visual check on the surface. For special orders, we have some extra steps depending on the requirements
